This project is a mobile application designed to automate photo renumbering for auction inventory by linking each photo to its corresponding lot number using voice recognition.
The app allows warehouse staff to capture photos, assign lot numbers via speech recognition, and automatically name and store images in a structured format (e.g. 1-1, 1-2, 2-1), with all photos synced to a database and accessible through a management dashboard.

The client was manually renumbering tens of thousands of photos each month, a time-consuming and error-prone process that slowed down auction preparation and inventory management.
Challenge
Designing a fast, hands-free workflow suitable for warehouse environments, while ensuring accurate lot assignment, reliable photo syncing, and easy export of large volumes of images.
Solution
We built a mobile app with voice-based lot number entry that automatically sequences and stores photos by lot, paired with a web dashboard for managing, reviewing, and downloading lots — significantly reducing manual effort and human error.
