Challenge
Most home sellers and buyers choose an agent after they decide to buy or sell. This leaves little opportunity for a real estate agent to form a client relationship beforehand. Agent Avenue wanted to disrupt this flow and allow agents an opportunity to connect earlier in the consumer’s buying and selling cycle.
Solution
A responsive, web-based platform allowing property owners to post details of their property before officially listing. Agents in the area can indicate their interest, and consumers can choose to connect with them. Agents pay a fee while the platform is free for consumers.
