Enspire Dental Opportunities specializes in staffing and recruitment services for the Dental sector. They required a fully customized, web-based platform for Dental Practices to source temporary and long-term employees for positions from receptionist to hygienist.

Challenge
There are many staffing challenges unique to the dental industry, and no “off-the-shelf” solution provided the features Enspire wanted to offer their clients.
Solution
A custom web-based platform to manage profiles for both Dental Practices and Candidates, with algorithms to match qualifications, schedules, and open positions. We integrated Stripe Payouts to manage financial details like wage negotiation and payroll.
