A multi-tenant, web-based platform to service childcare needs in the film industry.
Families in Film is a non-profit organization created to address the unique childcare needs of the film industry. We built a web-based platform with portals for film industry workers, unions, productions, and childcare providers.

Challenge
Film and TV productions often require long workdays and unpredictable schedules, and there is no existing “off-the-shelf” platform to meet these unique needs. The new application required access for all parties involved: unions, productions, film industry workers, and childcare providers.
Solution
A 100% custom, web-based platform with unique User portals for unions, productions, film industry workers, and childcare providers. The platform can manage childcare budgets from unions and productions, providing film industry workers access to those funds for childcare. From there, film industry workers can post their unique schedule requirements for childcare and be matched with available childcare workers in their area.
