HelpHive is a web-based marketplace designed to help seniors and their families find, book, and manage trusted non-medical support services from local providers.
We are problem solvers
Seniors and caregivers often struggle to find reliable, vetted non-medical support, relying on fragmented referrals, phone calls, and manual scheduling.
Challenge
The challenge was to design a simple, user-friendly MVP that supports profiles, availability, bookings, reviews, and payments—while remaining accessible to a senior audience and easy to manage from an admin perspective.
Solution
We built a responsive web platform that allows seniors to search and book approved providers, manage schedules and payments, and leave reviews, supported by an admin system for provider approval, moderation, and platform oversight.
