Challenge
Paterson Grain was using an existing Windows desktop application, written in-house, containing Paterson Grain customers and their grain activities. The system worked well internally, but their customers had no direct access to this information.
Solution
We developed a web-based customer portal, integrated with Paterson’s existing Windows application. Customers can now log in to view and manage their profiles, including contracts, purchases, payments, deliveries, credit balances, commodity prices, and messages from Paterson Grain.
