Tricera Print is a Vancouver-based company, focused on high-end printing, mounting, framing, and print reproduction for professional artists and photographers. Tricera Print wanted to add an ordering portal to their website.

Challenge
Tricera Print was looking to improve its customer experience and revenue generation by adding a portal to its website, allowing customers to submit and customize orders. As Tricera’s customers are typically photography professionals, the portal needed to serve more than just the average consumer and provide a high-end experience throughout.
Solution
A mobile-responsive, web-based portal allowing customers to create an account, upload large-scale photos and artwork, and select all parameters for their print, including size, paper type, frame, and quantity. The interface allows the User to visualize their print in a living room mockup as they adjust parameters like size and location, before finalizing a purchase. From there, we integrated with Tricera’s existing Shopify setup for payment processing.
