The VLCC app is a private iOS and Android platform built exclusively for members of Vancouver Luxury Car Club, serving as a central hub for vehicle bookings, concierge services, and member engagement.
Designed as a members-only command centre, the app allows VLCC members to reserve vehicles, manage bookings, communicate with concierge staff, and connect with fellow members through forums and events — all within a secure, invitation-only environment.

VLCC needed a streamlined way for members to access vehicle availability, manage reservations, and stay connected with the club, without relying on manual coordination or fragmented communication channels.
Challenge
Building a private, high-end mobile experience that balances simplicity and exclusivity, while supporting real-time vehicle availability, concierge messaging, and scalable fleet management — with an initial MVP focused on bookings and room to expand into social features.
