Emerson Electric is a mobile application modernization project aimed at upgrading the existing platform to meet modern performance, usability, and data-visualization standards for field operators.
The project focuses on enhancing the Emerson Electric app with faster performance, improved alarm handling, customizable dashboards, advanced reporting, and low-data operation support, while maintaining reliability in remote and low-connectivity environments.

The current Emerson Electric application is slow, data-heavy, and lacks modern UX features, making it difficult for operators to monitor alarms, submit commands reliably, and analyze sensor data—especially in low-signal field conditions.

Designing a responsive, data-efficient mobile experience that supports real-time monitoring, offline and queued actions, customizable reporting, and scalable visualizations—without compromising reliability or increasing operational complexity.

We proposed a modernized Emerson Electric experience with optimized data loading, intelligent alarm notifications, low-data and offline-friendly workflows, customizable dashboards and reports, interactive map views, and advanced search and visualization tools to significantly improve field efficiency and decision-making.
