The purpose of the application is for the user to indicate the percentage of tasks they are unable or less able to perform compared to their pre-injury standards, receive notifications to take medications, reminders for appointments and visualize their improvement in a graph view and symptom tracker.

This native iOS and Android app was designed in 3 months and the design process included user research, wire framing, road mapping, user testing, sketching and delivery of clickable prototypes.
