How it works
- Choose a quote, work order or service report. The starting details are fictional examples.
- Replace the business and client details, add your own line items, and check any prices, discount and tax rates.
- Review every page of the PDF, download it, and save a JSON copy if you want to edit it again.
Start with an example
The workspace includes fictional examples you can replace with your own details:

Choosing another example asks before replacing your work. Save a JSON copy first if you want to keep it.
What to know before you use the result
- Amounts use decimal arithmetic. Each line is rounded to two decimal places, with half cents rounded up. A fixed discount reduces the subtotal before up to two independently calculated taxes.
- Tax rates start at zero. You choose the rates and check whether they apply to your work. The tool does not determine your tax obligations.
- CAD and USD are currency labels; switching currency does not convert amounts. Hidden pricing removes monetary fields from the saved document and PDF.
- English and French text use an embedded, openly licensed Noto Sans font. A4 and US Letter are supported. Logos must be a local PNG or JPEG; they are decoded and reencoded in your browser.
Keep your original files. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser or another person using this device.

Can I open a saved document later?
Yes. Save document JSON, then use Import saved JSON. The PDF is the finished output; the JSON keeps the editable details.
Can I upload a pdfme template?
You can download a trusted pdfme template and its inputs for your own code. This browser tool accepts its own versioned document JSON, rather than arbitrary executable template settings.
