The new platform will support daily security operations including logs, site activity, vendors, visitors, and incident tracking, built in PHP and Laravel to ensure long-term maintainability by GDBA’s internal team.

GDBA’s existing in-house system was built in the 1990s and no longer meets modern standards for usability, scalability, security, or integration with current operational workflows.
Challenge
Rebuilding a mission-critical security platform while preserving strict data integrity, complex operational rules, and sensitive cross-referencing with internal security databases — without compromising auditability or trust.
Solution
We are designing a custom Laravel-based web platform that modernizes the Security Companion system with improved search, data consistency, and cross-database security flagging, while enforcing immutable records and providing a scalable foundation for future development by GDBA’s in-house team.
