3P is a full-service web-based platform to connect patients and clinics. Patients create their patient profiles and provide their information and for doctors to assess to provide their medical opinion and care for their diagnosis.

 

The goal of the platform is to provide an online portal that gives patients easy access to book upcoming appointments and review their medical information. It also allows for clinics to manage their doctors, consultations, and follow-up appointments, and gain a thorough overview of the patient’s medical history.

 

A key component for the platform is the ability for patients to upload medical imaging to their personal profile which allows for doctors to easily retrieve and review MR imaging.

Essential Designs developed a platform that has 2 user cases; patients and clinics. Clinics sign up to a part of the 3P clinics list, with the ability to manage doctors, upcoming appointments, appointment types and associated fees. Patients create a thorough profile including their social and medical history which is accessible by the clinic doctors to avoid any missed or misinformation.

During the design process Essential Designs worked closely with the client to create wireframes, user cases, personas and design elements such as the logo, icons, buttons and colour palette. The result exceeded the client’s expectations.
