Bartec Fire Safety Systems (Owned by CertiNet Reporting System) offers fire protection services: fire alarm equipment supply, installation & monitoring, fire safety plans, annual inspections & testing. An outdated enterprise-level custom software was being used to manage their staff, jobs, and reporting.

Once a need to rebuild the platform was identified, Essential Designs undertook a substantial discovery to identify all existing features and requested enhancements. A completely new custom build was created to spec, utilizing contemporary graphics and modern programming languages to create a much faster, more user-friendly experience for admins and onsite employees.
